Type: Fairway Driver | Brand: Gateway
Flight numbers: 9 | 5 | 0 | 3 (Speed | Glide | Turn | Fade)
What it's for: Used for controlled drives off the tee. Easier to throw than a distance driver.
Best for: Players with some experience and decent arm speed. A newer player is usually better off starting with a more forgiving disc.
How it flies: Overstable and flat: resists turning right and finishes reliably left. Good for forehands. (for a right-handed backhand throw; mirror it for lefties and forehands)
Plastic: Diamond: Gateway's stiff, slick premium plastic, built to take a beating.
Quick pitch: "A dependable forehand and power fairway driver."
