Type: Fairway Driver | Brand: Innova
Flight numbers: 9 | 5 | -1 | 2 (Speed | Glide | Turn | Fade)
What it's for: Used for controlled drives off the tee. Easier to throw than a distance driver.
Best for: Players with some experience and decent arm speed. A newer player is usually better off starting with a more forgiving disc.
How it flies: Lots of glide with a slight drift right on hard throws, then a smooth, predictable fade left. (for a right-handed backhand throw; mirror it for lefties and forehands)
Plastic: Halo Star: Star plastic with a different-colored rim. Two-tone, durable and very grippy.
Quick pitch: "A glidey, smooth-fading driver that adds distance."
