Type: Distance Driver | Brand: Gateway
Flight numbers: 12 | 6 | -1 | 2 (Speed | Glide | Turn | Fade)
What it's for: Used for maximum distance off the tee. Fastest discs; they need more arm speed.
Best for: Players with some experience and decent arm speed. A newer player is usually better off starting with a more forgiving disc.
How it flies: Glidey distance driver: slight drift right, then a reliable fade. (for a right-handed backhand throw; mirror it for lefties and forehands)
Plastic: NXT Lite: a lighter-weight version of Gateway's durable NXT plastic. Lighter discs are easier for slower arms to throw far.
Quick pitch: "A glidey distance driver that works on any release angle."
