Type: Midrange | Brand: Innova
Flight numbers: 5 | 2 | 0 | 4 (Speed | Glide | Turn | Fade)
What it's for: Used for approach shots and shorter drives. Straight and controllable.
Best for: Players with some experience and decent arm speed. A newer player is usually better off starting with a more forgiving disc.
How it flies: Very overstable: hooks hard left. A wind and utility disc. (for a right-handed backhand throw; mirror it for lefties and forehands)
Plastic: Star: Innova's tough, grippy premium plastic. Lasts a long time and flies consistently.
Quick pitch: "The go-to disc for windy days and shots that must hook left."
