Type: Distance Driver | Brand: Gateway
Flight numbers: 11.5 | 6 | -2 | 1 (Speed | Glide | Turn | Fade)
What it's for: Used for maximum distance off the tee. Fastest discs; they need more arm speed.
Best for: Players with some experience and decent arm speed. A newer player is usually better off starting with a more forgiving disc.
How it flies: Lots of glide: drifts right, then a small fade. Slower arms get easy distance. (for a right-handed backhand throw; mirror it for lefties and forehands)
Plastic: Diamond: Gateway's stiff, slick premium plastic, built to take a beating.
Quick pitch: "A glidey long-range driver that adds distance."
